Adriana Rajewski is a Certified Yoga Teacher with the Sahaj Yoga Centre at Yoga For Life in Toronto with Guru Archa Mati. Adriana has certification in Hatha Yoga -Beginners, Intermediate, Advanced, Children’s Yoga, Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga, Yoga for Seniors, as well as Reiki First and Second Degree Level.
Adriana is also a Certified THAI YOGA MASSAGE Therapist. She has been Certified through LOTUS PALM School in Montreal with Kam Thye Chow - one of the world's foremost practitioners and Teachers of TYM Therapy. Through her study of Restorative Yoga and Yoga Therapy in combination with TYM she has developed a system for an overall dynamic physical therapy. This system is RYTHM YOGA

RYTHM YOGA incorporates a Restorative Yogic approach with the help of props such as Yoga straps, Yoga swing, bolsters and blocks to assist the body in regaining flexibility and freedom of movement. Harmoniously uniting with the Thai Yoga Massage Adriana's goal is to help one experience the ultimate relaxation, relief from tension and physical distress.
Through her extensive work and knowledge, as of 2010 Adriana has been working closely with various Hockey Teams in the OHL. She has been training professional athletes, as well as up and coming athletes who have now been drafted to the NHL.

While Yoga classes are an effective way of learning and practicing there may come a time when a students needs can best be served in a One-on-One relationship with a Teacher. Adriana’s approach is attention to detail as she guides the student through asanas (poses). The One on One Private Yoga training format is personalized according to the individual’s experience and is tailored to meet the student’s needs and goals while respecting ones own capacity. The student obtains undivided attention as personal needs are met through careful examination and evaluation. Each Hatha Yoga class is designed specifically for the individual and will focus on exercises for ones body type taking into consideration ones fitness level, stress level, personal goals and aspirations. Private Yoga Classes can take you further in your practice than a group class can.

Private sessions are a great way to achieve the benefits of Yoga in the comfort of your own home or another location. The student is able to track his/hers individual progress with the help of the teacher as each class is recorded. At the end of each class there is a discussion and homework. Private Classes are an answer to those individuals who find themselves not being able to find the time to travel to a gym or a workout facility, those who would like to try Yoga but are intimidated to do it in public. Each lesson is 90 minutes long and will be designed to meet ones individual needs. With a purchase of your first 4 class package, an introductory complimentary class is included. |
